I hate summarizing novels; every time it comes out trite and shallow and uninteresting. Frankly, if I could have told the story in a paragraph, I wouldn't have written a whole novel. But it needs some kind of blurb, so I'll bite the bullet and say this:
"A Choice of Enemies is a novel of two young peasants living in a fictional Dark Ages setting brought together by circumstance. Albert has sworn revenge against his country's enemies for the death of his father in the war. Philip, a young man from the other side, falls into Albert's hands on the battlefield, and Albert must decide...
"Well? Does he kill Philip? Or can he think of another way to get his revenge? His decision will change not only his life, but that of everyone around him."
And that's only the first two chapters. There's a whole lot more, and if enough of you ask nicely, we'll find some way of getting it to you!s
